Just got on Ben Bergeron’s “Chasing Excellence.”

“Unbeatable Mind” with Mark Devine is good too but he can get a little to “zen” for me sometimes.

Froning and Friends entertains me, it’s about 50% fitness and 50% just BS’ing

I tried Greenfield. Just couldn’t get into it. Not sure if it’s his voice or the sound but it’s awful.

Listened a Froning and Friends yesterday and it wasn’t bad.

Barbell shrugged wasn’t terrible either today.

I usually listen to Rich Roll depending on who is his guest.

Which Froning and friends did you listen to?

They had a 2 parter with a doctor that uses stem cells to treat injuries and such. It was very interesting to me.

I usually enjoy the ones where they interview other CF athletes as well.

He has changed a bit too much, somewhere around 2016 if I had to guess. Guy is a beast, with that Spartan Delta (Listen to that episode) but I think to myself, all this tech and BS is not necessary for health. I think he caters to a more $$$ crowd too.

Still, he knows his stuff. I like his earlier episodes.

I like Corporate Warrior Podcast - more about business and health (short, more bang for the buck, workouts).

Vinnie Tortorich's voice is hilarious, but puts out good content.

I enjoyed Greenfield when he was on Rich Roll a long time ago. I need to listen to topics that are interesting and engaging.

Industrial Strength Show with Joe DeFranco is really good.

I also really like The Weekly BJ Podcast with BJ Gaddour.

Renegade Radio used to be great, but lately it's gotten a little "hippie-dippie" with its guests and topics.

Barbell Shrugged is okay, but Mike Bledsoe is an arse who enjoys hearing himself talk way too much.
