Tested positive yesterday and it’s hitting pretty hard. Kind of like flu symptoms on steroids.

I’ve been hitting vitamin c and zinc…anyone tried something else?

One of my sons took Tylenol for the headache and fever, some elderberry gummies, some high potency vitamin C gummies, and symptoms subsided over 4 days. This was back in July 2021.

Drink at least a gallon of water per day. That’ll help some.

I had it last December and didn't take anything for it.

Worst part was not being able to taste my food.

I had success by spending the last 2 years focusing on living a healthy lifestyle and when it hit I didn't have to change anything except up my vitamin D intake. Was only sick for one day

Tylenol, vitamins and hydration.

Loss of taste and smell is not common with Omicron. Headache, sore throat, and body aches are what we are seeing.

I’m feeling much better. Symptoms started late Monday night so it moved pretty quick. I’ll keep pounding the water.

That's because it's the flu. Treat it like you would the flu. Loads of liquids and your common cold/flu meds.

Avoid the hospital cause that's where covid cases go to die.

Extra vitamin C
Zinc
(1) 20 mg CBD gummy
Tons of Gatorade

It’s what I took in June/July

We have it this week, too. The kids a few I were only really down for a day, I just can’t shake the sore throat. My husband and mother are still coughing.

I drank a lot of water and took Tylenol, that’s it. I’ve been taking extra Vit C, D & Zinc for the last two years.

Pseudoephedrine is supposed to be good for it.

Quercetin is supposed to help drive zinc into the cells because COVID does something that helps prevent the absorption of zinc (or something to that effect). If you are taking vitamins it is good to remember that they are all interconnected so it is good idea to take the full range of them. Like vitamin D is not nearly as good if you don't take vitamin K2.

Right, the quercetin boosts the absorption. I think that’s just in general, No really Covid specific. Good call out though.

I’m feeling basically 100% now. Tiny lingering cough/sore throat.

Just rest for a day, maybe two, and you'll be fine.

It didn't happen right away for a lot of people I know, including myself.
