Looks like you've already read my ebook: "Beyond failure, a guide for pussies."

I'm just debating on taking a day off tomorrow

me too Bro. I did 6 days in a row to wrap up Squatober including PR Party. I feel pretty beat up so I am restarting tomorrow.

My best advice for all you first timers on Arm Farm, always choose a lower weight on the accessory work. find the weight that your friends would screw with you over, then go one lower. The volume of reps will make up for the lack of weight. If you go too heavy you will be tapping out in less than a week.

Also just looked at the new Superset and Turnt Up programs one of those needs to be our January program

For sure

Aaron has hit the sweet spot on his latest programming. This Squatober programming was excellent too.

I felt like everyone was laughing at me doing 30lb hammer curls yesterday but they didn't know how my arms were feeling

I think he nailed Squatober also. I just wish he would have one day of front squats a week.

I’m on day two. I decided to do Front Squats in place of Back Squats for this entire program. For two reasons,

1) my elbow/shoulder can’t take the strain of getting set under a lowbar squat much more than it did in Squatober.

2) I feel like my core has never been stronger than when I shifted to heavy front squats as my primary variation in the past.

I'm going to have to order some bigger scrub tops after this damn program or just cut the sleeves.

Added Bodyweight RFESS (10/leg) and 25s planks to the warmup. Winded now pre-working out haha

I’m doing front squats too for similar reasons

My shoulders and upper back are smoked after that workout today. Didn’t want to have to put my work shirt back on after that

Same. I’m sore places I typically don’t get sore in which is great to me.

I kept double checking to make sure it wasn’t 3. I had to drop weight twice on the rear laterals.
