Thanks.
I'm interested in doing it if my work week will allow it.
Doing field training for two weeks next month and the days are long as hell (12-14 hours) plus I have to navigate San Antonio traffic on the way home.
Usually pretty exhausted at the end of the day, but if it's something I can knock out in less than an hour I will give it a shot.

Worth doing as a relatively weak starter or sticking with greyskull?

Main lifts are posted above. If you click the link, you can see a typical bench day and typical deadlift/squat day.
It’s usually broken into
Farm strong- Main lift supersetted -4 sets
Another superset for 3 or 4 sets
Farm flex- usually a triset for 3 rounds
Cardio- superset on arms for 3-4 rounds
Can be done in an hour if you get after it

I just bought Arm Farm. Liking the look of day 1. So far every program of his is a bit of a different flow which keeps it fresh.

Looks significantly different than the original arm farm. I was just going to run the old one. Not sure

they are different.
honestly, you should run the new one and then we can run the old one together sometime after the 1st of the year.
both are awesome, new one is a little less overall volume than the old one and a little more arm focused. Older one had a ton more shoulder work.

Lsu777 have you looked at the remastered hyper-trophy? It looks to me like similar design to Arm Farm (supersets with lots of arm work mixed with compound lifts throughout) but maybe is a bit more balanced in terms of lower body/back work?
I love the supersets and noticed I lost weight at the same caloric intake first time I ran arm farm, but I felt like I was missing some leg work.
I could also be convinced to just throw in one of the squatober leg days as a 5th day on arm farm.

Just purchased. Ready to kick some arse after the PR party on Monday!
To the guy asking about starting this or staying on greyskulls, I say jump onboard. Lots of different levels of experience in this group and it’s fun training with others. Get back on greyskulls after the first.

Bought it yesterday and plugged it all into my app I use that tracks weights and had a built in timer. I’m ready!

Absolutely, biggest thing in this game is consistency, being in a program party helps that a ton
Although Greyskull might be optimal, unless you are an athlete that is on a time crunch, jump in with us

I have looked at hypertrophy as I have all the programs and it absolutely does have more leg work.
But you just came off a month of tons of leg work and many of y’all are heading into deadcember which is tons of leg and back work.
I personally think you would be better off running like is but if you feel you need more legs, add a superset of rfess and db sldl 2x per week.
Don’t add a full day, back to back to back 5 day programs is gonna be tough overall.
Remember, squatober doesn’t have to be run only in October. Plus who doesn’t want a bigger upper body

Thanks Lsu777; I was mostly thinking about December and beyond. I don’t plan on doing deadcember, and Arm Farm doesn’t feel like you could run it back to back without doing something extra for legs. I might take your suggestion and throw some RFESS/goblets/kb swings in with the other warmup stuff tho a couple days a week during arm farm. Those warmups felt like a workout hah

What’s the difference between Rising Buns and Peachy? Looking for a lower body focus after Arm Farm next month but after tweaking my back a couple times deadlifting, doing it 5 days a week scares me a little looking at Deadcember.

I did every damn squatober workout. Got food poisoning in the middle of it & still pushed through. Was trying to figure out what to do next. Arm Farm it is.

Do they make screen savers for other programs? I love seeing this Squatober one every day.

Got started on Brovember a day early since I wasn’t able to squat with y’all in October. Make sure y’all have some room in your sleeves tomorrow before starting the workout, the pump is for real

I thought I was going to start arm farm today, but I’m pretty tired after PR party and might go for a walk and rest up to hit it hard tomorrow am instead.

Why would I pay some dude to come up with workouts
If he wants money he should come work 80 hours a week and be miserable like me
Just copy and paste the routine so the rest of us can get swole
