W2D4 in the books.
Last week, I felt weak as frick. This week I feel strong.
Deadlifts felt good, but the last two sets of carries were rough.
Pullovers were good, but I subbed in the EZ curl bar rather than use my barbell on reverse grip rows. Saved my elbow for sure.
Overall good workout. Real happy to be caught up with most of you. Reat day tomorrow and then I'll finally get to do the Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri schedule next week.

Halftime check in:
Definitely seeing some size and strength gains in the arms. Biceps are getting stronger. I can tell that with the chin ups.
I like the twice a week BP, but I might add in a 2nd day of squats only. Feels like I'm not using them enough.
The 2nd half looks a little tougher, but looks like a lot of fun, too.

lol that’s funny, I feel my arms got smaller last week when I was sick
Today got w2d1 done. Hell of pump on chest and those curls to press lit my shoulders up big time. Felt weak overall but pumped to be back in the gym for sure.

That has been the toughest superset of this month I find.
Finished W2D4 today. I love the DB pullovers. Never was a big fan of them, but I like them now.
5 sets of deadlifts getting ready for next month

W3D1 in progress.
Went heavy on that 2nd SS with the db incl and curls. That 2 minute rest went by faster than ever.
Doing curls to ohp now. That burn is unreal every time I do these.

Oh damn. My shoulders are on fire.
Oh man. I felt good and strong to start this workout and I felt like a bitch by the end. That Farm Flex was a mofo. I dropped the 3 minute rest to a 2 minute rest and that may have been a mistake.
I should have went heavier on skullcrushers since it was 10 reps. I was at 45lbs. Probably should have done 55lbs. Other than that everything felt right.
I only used 5lb DBs on laterals, and 10lb DBs on curls to OHP. 115lbs on CG bench. It was enough.
Overall another good workout. Ready for squats amd chins tomorrow.

Those last 5 reps of laterals knowing curl to ohp is on deck is like a form of mental torture.

Agree with all above, that superset with OHP was a bitch. I went up to the 12s today. And I was squirming like a bitch at the top

did w2d2 last night. been a long time since i have had an upper body pump like that. I did the chins with bodyweight only but did 3s dead hang, hollow hold up, 3s hold at top, 5s eccentric....combined with those pushdowns and had a hell of a pump. the barbell rows just topped it off. i really enjoy this program and will be repeating for sure.

Agree. Is there a plan for January? I may do this one again.
