Knocking out W1D4 right now. 1st SS in the books.

It's weird. I finished Squatober feeling strong and 1st week of Arm Farm I feel weak.

Finished better than I started, that's for sure. Going to pop some Aleve, rest, and be ready for w2d1 tomorrow.

Between Squatober and now Arm Farm, I'm beginning to like BB bent over rows. I used to hate them.

Same. Soreness in my arms and chest is hitting me today. Not terrible, but noticeable.

Well may have overdone it just getting back started. Back has been a little sore and figured I’d still do deadlifts just go light. On my third set I felt a pinch and had to call it a day. I’m sure my squat and deadlift form need work so I’m going to go extremely light on those two for the rest of the month and focus on form, stretching, and body weight exercises and go hard with upper body.

Same here. It’s a good thing though. Working different muscles. Keep the body guessing.

I have to tell y’all, I feel massive and strong after finishing up squatober and now running arm farm. I can’t see myself NOT running different PPSA programs for the next year.

Right there with you. Had just been lifting kinda aimless and losing motivation. Love having the set plans each day

Finally back at it. I was out of town for two days last week and I just finished up W1D3.

Feels good to get back into the routine!

Glad you’re feeling better, bro.

Just finished W2D1. Close to a repeat of W1D1 and what a workout. Not as “hard” as a max squat effort or something like that but my arms are super pumped. Might not wear sleeves today

Glad you're feeling better.

I missed that morning pump in the arms while I was at that Indian wedding last weekend

I did 15s also. By the third set my left shoulder was screaming at me.

Ready to get back in it. Been on multiple trips the last few weeks out of town. Just got back from NM on a week long mule deer hunt and hiked about 25 miles.

I gotta say I miss the midday excitement of seeing the next days workouts posted here last month. I need to stop looking ahead.

That's what I do. I check the next day's schedule around lunch, just like squatober releases. Makes it more fun.

I sit down every night before bed and plan my next workout. Then take a pic on my phone to bring to the gym.
