So alot of people in the squatober thread have expressed interest in doing a program party for novermber and we have chosen to run PPSA Arm Farm Remastered - You can buy this here, please support Aaron at PPSA to allow him to continue to put out awesome programs like this. Please buy ahead of time and do not depend on others to post the workout because we will not be doing that. LINK
this will be 4 days a week. we will only do 2 days on thanksgiving week and will wrap up week 4 in the last week of the month. See below for schedule.
Feel free to move days around to make your schedule work, the intent is for everyone to have some fun while keeping people motivated and accountable to get the work in.

I’ve haven’t really talked much, but have been doing Squatober with the group. I’m overseas so I’m a day ahead , but I look forward to another party.

I am traveling part of the month but will jump in here with everyone while I am in town. Will start up next Wednesday or Thursday, depending on when I finish up Squatober. Got behind a few days traveling for work.

I’d like to participate. Is this supplemental/accessory work or like a full workout? Also, what kind of equipment do we need? Lastly, I’m assuming it’s still acceptable to curl in the squat rack?

It’s a pdf. I print mine out, punch holes in it, and store it in a binder so next time I run it I can adjust weights
