W3D1 down for me. Only had an hour so my son and I went fast AF: no rests and start over on the superset when the bench or cable pulley is clear for you to use. Feel a huge pump all over and decently strong. Added weight on pulldowns during warmup and Yates Rows again this week in the hope of ending up with a big arse back.

Knocked it out today too. Feeling stronger so increasing my training max just a hair on bench.

well this week did start like i wanted it to. sunday afternoon I started not feeling great so decided to wait on working out until monday and fell asleep by 630, woke up around 10 with my stomach killing me, spent the next 8 hours puking and diarrhea. I assume food poisoning or a stomach bug but I felt better by last night.


i lost count at 25 on number of times i threw up or dry heaved but I can so....my whole fricking body hurts today like i was run over by a truck. Gonna try and hit it tonight and get back on track.

Yea either stomach bug or food poisoning. Thinking food poisoning since I’m only one that got sick and into one that ate something different.

House had been cleaned too to bottom just in case

You’ve had some shitty luck this month, 777.

For W3D2 the bench and squats were pretty easy (4 slow full chin-ups on the fat pull-up bar was the hardest part of that section). I set a PR for 6 reps on the seated OHP at 140 for all 4 sets and I don’t think I had a single rep left in the tank.

yea i have and normally im the one he is smooth right through it

i did w2d1 last night. just did the bench supersetted with strict chins, didnt want to push it as I still dont feel 100%.

How you boys doing over here this month? No tendinitis or any overuse issues with all the pushing movement? My elbow or shoulder usually starts getting cranky if i do a lot of repetitive movements.

Significant growth?

How much ya'll gonna go up on PR's?

Wishing I had done this one instead of half assing all month

W4D2 done. Liked the low rep, heavy squats today. 325 for 2 felt like butter.

i have been in and out of the program due to being sick but i did have an issue with the grip circuits messing with my wrist but that was a one time thing.

W3D3 done: bench starting to get heavy at 3x4x235. Getting used to Pendlay rows and added a decent amount of weight on them today. Close grip bench 21s felt good. Workout somehow took 80 mins although it didn’t feel super long. I’m ready to squat for high reps tomorrow. Still confident we are going to get jacked!

W2d2 done. Didn’t do the cardio as stomach still uneasy and had to go shite couple times during so gave up after big bench support

W3D4 done. Bench felt heavier than I expected by the 6&7 reps; not looking forward to 8x8 at same weight tomorrow. I had a real big chest pump by the end. Squats felt great and we went ahead and added a 4th 70% set of 9 as a bonus round. The 5x25 hammer curls are the undefeated GOAT arm pump.

//edit: man I really feel like I’m strong running this program. I like it a lot even though my shoulders are starting to complain a little bit.
