I was thinking about running squatober again. Makes sense to focus on lower body after two months of upper body.

The two preview pages look good. I’m down.

Edit: we should ask for a TD discount code!

I’ll throw up a vote right after christmas.

I’m gonna wrap up arm farm next two days and start big bench Monday.

Not gonna lie these threads keep me on track so even though I had my plan, I will run whatever is voted on.

I think long term pump city might be the perfect program for me to run back to back, but I’m also excited to run hyper trophy, pool season 2, filling out the hoodie, stacked and jacked with arm farm and squatobers mixed in.

Same here. I definitely didn’t feel the same motivation when y’all were running arm farm

the problem with pump city is there is no schedule, its just 24 workouts. so you gonna have people doing 3 days for 8 weeks, some doing 6 days for 4 weeks...no consistancy in it unless we come to a concensus its hard to run those as a program party

i like superset alot but for those not in a home gym...yea that shite is not gonna be easy.

but like i said, ill go with whatever the group wants.

i originally had planned on runnign stacked and jacked but ill be honest these threads are keeping me movtivated and accountable so i will run whatever anyone wants.

ill probably go back to a 4 day in Jan, preferably with more squats and deadlifts. then I'll probably do another 5 day in Feb like Elbow Meat followed up with some low volume in March and April while cutting.

Yeah I can see that issue wrt Pump City. I’m just really interested to see Aaron’s take on PPL. I might get it and then run it in months when the Program Party doesn’t line up with my goals/schedule.

//edit: I know what I liked most about Arm Farm was the #of new exercises to do. Some of them I didn’t like (Tate press) and some I loved (face pulls/kb swings). This month I’m missing farmers walks (and may do some as bonus finishers). If I had a squatober complaint it was that I wish we had front squatted/db RFESS more to mix things up. I liked seeing the snatch grip deads which I had never done. So any program that changes around the lifts and brings back in some stuff we didn’t do much the last month or two would be great.

Stacked and Jacked looks awesome to me. Might be long workouts, but it looks like a solid mix of strength programming then accessory supersets. It also has bench, deadlift, and squat 2x a week so it doesn’t matter which program we ran in December.

I think with it being 5 days a week the overall workouts are a little bit shorter

i like the look of pump city and the ppl format, and 100% down just have to figure out what people want. I think 4 days would work well for everyone and would be 6 weeks. Maybe run back to back or something, i dunno

Something like strongville with the stairways to strong could be fun too (I think everyone liked those days of squatober).

im all about some strongville, loved that one.

i think that one would get almost everyone on board too

4 days a week
squats 2x
bench 2x
dead 2x
press variations- 2x

plenty of high% strength and hypertrophy work plus carries everyday.

S&J, mullet 1&2, periodic table of thickness are like that too.

then you have the upper body programs like arm farm, FOTH 1&2, pool season 1 & 2 and elbow meat.

W1D1 finished. Not too bad, definitely a change of pace from Arm Farm.
