Doing Week 4 of Arm Farm starting tomorrow and had already planned to start Pool Party the following week.

S - 325
DL - 425
BP - 300

These are guesses I've been using them for Arm Farm and or Strongville when we all did it together. I will go up 10/5# with start of PP.

I've been taking the % from the full number and it has kicked my tail.

Day one done.

Seemed a little light today. Hope I’m not jinxing myself for the rest of the week.

I added some ab rollouts at the end. What’s a pool workout with a little core work!

I’m gonna have to miss today. Sick all weekend and I was hoping I’d feel better this morning but my entire body is sore. I’ll get back on track Wednesday.

W1D1 down!

"...make this sizzle!"

Lats weren't sizzling. That's not a strong enough word. They were absolutely on fire.

Coming from Pump City, this program seems light on leg exercises too. I may throw in some hamstring curl/Bulgarians or RDL/goblet supersets before the squats on the leg days. Abs work he’s gonna have to program in for me to do though ;)

You sick man!

Knee has been bothering me for over a month. Going to try and fight through the pain and get the squats done.

I have gotten so much better at these since I started seeing them in Deadcmeber. The first day it was 3x8 and then the second day it was 3x10 and I thought my abs were going to rip open on the gym floor.

Day 1 complete. Not worrying a ton about a training max but recording weights to keep pushing/going up as the program progresses.

After 2 months of DB felt good to be back under a barbell. I’ve run pool season a few times over the last few years and have always enjoyed it

D1 done

20 DB laterals suck…. Jose talked me into the Ab rollouts. I’ll feel those tomorrow

I've also been feeling terrible so I'm going to get it in tonight. I had to sleep in this morning.

I’m running this program WTh SaSu to get a bit more time for work in the week (my weekends are always pretty open but especially this month). So I did that Barbell Free Strength from his IG today. Sweet Jesus that was a ball buster. I recently learned that I should be going a lot heavier on Bulgarians than I have been, and 5x5 sets of 55-60 dbs in each hand had me crying today.

I’m new to this.
I have questions about day 2 strong back Tuesday and the “barbell 21s” is this just curls? 4 sets 21?

I liked Day 1

21s are a set of 7/7/7 reps of curls where you do the bottom half of the curl x7, the top half of the curl x7, and then a full curl x7. Go real slow on the downside and squeeze hard at the top for maximum pump

Are these one rep maxes if so how you prepare to max? I’m not really familiar with a bunch of terms y’all use on here and don’t think i’ve ever maxed out on anything.

Yes. 1 rep max. You can use a 1RM calculator if you don’t actually go for it. They are pretty accurate at least for me. I do 90% of my max for my Training Max (TM) and that’s what I base my percentages on.

The best way to estimate a training max is to hit sets of 3 reps and when you can’t get one then there is your TM
