And watch the weight fall off!! Just a reminder that doctors don’t know everything. Apparently he’s referencing the water retention diet, but apparently he only reads the article titles

I'm drinking water and lifting right now. That doctor should try playing Jeezy's "My President" at high volume.

You don't have much choice.

The only kernel of truth here is that all the calls for radical hydration are silly. Drink when you're thirsty. That's a winning recipe that fits inside any regimen you wanna execute.

What do you consider radical hydration? I drink 1.5-2 gallons per day easily on lift days

My general practitioner only looks at BMI chart on the computer and prints the Mediterranean diet off the internet. That’s the only thing he knows about nutrition and how to get weight down. He does the exact same thing for every patient who walks in.

Veterinarians are just as bad if not worse about pet nutrition.

Doctors don't get taught nutrition and it shows.

It depends on what kind of doc too. A podiatrist isn't gonna have specialized knowledge in the area.

People think doctors have broader medicine knowledge than they do. Specialty docs know a ton about one area and that'a mostly it.

If you fat fricks would eat less and move more there wouldn't be most of your problems. But we all know that's not happening so here's your pill. Now go on with your fatty existence.

I would say if you're forcing yourself to drink water, then it's unnecessary.

What benefit are you getting from drinking 1.5-2 gallons a day and what research do you have to actually back it up? Are you actually that thirsty or are you just forcing down that much when lifting?

The only doctor I see is Dr. Zwole. Feeling deppressed? He’ll prescribe 5x5 deadlifts with 5 grams of creatine. Get big or die trying.

My urologist wants me to drink 3 liters of water a day due to having issues with kidney stones and I have a hard time downing that amount of water, I can't imagine drinking 2 gallons a day.

I'd feel like the Goodyear Blimp and pissing like a racehorse all night long.
