I try to use the same machines/treadmill each time, because I know they were cleaned at least once in the past 24 hours (by me). Sometimes I'll bird dog around and see who's cleaning their machine and jump on them once they're clean.

I just lay my towel down so sweat doesn’t get on the benches that I use.

I do dumbbell curls in the squat rack and leave the equipment there and don't wipe.
