This is in honor of my new creation. For my birthday, I got the proloc cambered bar from Rogue. I attached it to my SSB for squats. Turns out, it is horribly unstable because the sleeves rotate and throws you forward 3x as much as the SSB.

Proloc cambered bar attachment

So, I love it, and it feels awful.

Other evil exercises I love/hate:

Farmers Walks
Yoke Walk
Isometric deads with ripcord platform

Am I the only one who likes a little S&M in the garage gym?

Legit. Doing tabata on that...it's what I imagine dying must feel like.

All of the above but the assault bike has a special place in hell, yet every time conditioning comes around I turn to it as the ole faithful.

Honestly the deadlift assualt bike IWT from HIIBB is one of the most difficult workouts I have ever done. 45 fricking minutes of hell essentially.

Pull ups. I vehemently hate pull ups with ever fiber of my existence. I do them, but I hate them.

Wut pull ups are a basic test of how functionally strong you actually are

Maybe you want to shed some pounds, it’s crazy how being a little bit lighter makes pull ups easier, esp in the high rep range

I was shocked by how difficult they were for my core. I'm in the 405-420 range with normal squats.

Sets of 3 with 225-255 (don't know how much the attachments weigh) crushed my core worse than 365x4 did two weeks ago.

Anyone have experience with a Versaclimber? I have a friend who says 30 minutes will crush you, but I’ve never found one to try out.

I haven't used one since college, but yeah, a Versaclimber will trash you good.

It's sort of like the air bike in that the full body aspect seems to empty your gas tank twice as fast.

I’m still over 200 lbs so yeah. Pull ups suck. BUT, I can lat pull quite a bit.

Y'all go to some way nicer gyms than me. Mine doesn't have shite as far as advanced equipment goes.

I love pullups/chinups and I'm getting pretty good at knocking out weighted sets of 6-8. However, my uncoordinated arse cannot do a single bodyweight dip...feels like I'm about to snap both my arms off at the shoulder. Not a pain thing, I literally just can't do the movement, arms start shaking like a leaf and I ultimately bail.
