I have a garage gym. I don't have 1/10 of the stuff a commercial gym does, but I have stuff I love.

Call me old fashioned but weighted lunges destroy me.

I always do them last cause my arse quits as soon as I'm done.

Low back hypers beat me up too. Combination of being inverted and my lower back is unstable (see: weak?) as shite.

Lunges are a girly exercise, but I don't care what anyone says...they are absolutely hard. Grab a couple of 50 lb. dumbbells and do walking lunges from one side of the gym to the other a few times and you won't be able to get off the toilet tomorrow with any semblance of grace.

Speaking of girly exercises - you know what else is hard AF? Yoga, especially hot yoga.
