This is pretty much how I feel, although it is a bit odd. I do believe that early humans prized the organs...but doesn't that then make it seem as if organs would evolve to taste good to us?

they didn't eat them because they enjoyed it, they ate them to prevent scurvy when their diets consisted mostly of wild game

deer heart and kidneys are phenomenal

I like the liver too, but I know its an acquired taste

Right, but now you're getting kind of circular. I would have expected something so nutrient dense to have developed a good taste.

Once you reach a certain age (60-70???)

There is no reversing the damage that has been done.

Certainly not hereditary predespositions.

You can be smart and exercise, drink water, and consume everything in moderation.

But never give up good meats, wine, ice cream, and sex.
