Regardless of the health benefits, that mayo is legit. It may be my favorite commercial mayo, it's toe-to-toe with Duke's. Because of that and the healthy oil used in it, it's all I use at home.

Today is a 20+ hour fasting day so I’m sharing with you lot something I came up with meself - it’s sparking water with cold brew coffee. Refreshing and crisp with just enough bite. Try mixing it at a 1:1 ratio I’m using the exceptional new Polar Ginger Lime Mule flavoured water - try to stay away from heavy fruit flavours and do NiCola or mule or plain sparkling water for best results. Enjoy! It pairs nicely with adderall and 12 hour work days
