I'm doing the macros on an IF timing, it just works better for my day. I understand the science on nutrient timing, but I really dont think it makes enough difference in non elite athletes.

I'm still seeing good results doing it this way.

Going back on rp again

Why bc I hate myself

Doing fat loss starting Monday and going until the end of June when I PCS

The goal is 7 pounds which should be easy to do

I did fat lost last summer with great success but had to spot when I went to my grandma funeral half way across the country and it fricked my the whole diet up.

Will post before and after pics

This week is one of the 100g of carbs a day weeks, so I should be down to 175 in no time

I did it and just ate two meals a day plus protein and easy carbs right after my workout. The guy himself (whatever Shaw I think his name is) says that timing is only 5-10% of the process. It works, but all of the carbs made me feel lethargic and it just wasn't the way I like to eat. I eat the same foods and calories as when I tried it, but more on my schedule.

I’ve said it before but the frustrating thing for me was the low fat post workout

But I’ve got it figured it now

Doing the strength cycle I finally figured how to make this shite work without feeling so restricted like some people do on RP.

How have you found your sleep doing RP? I track when I eat right before bed and find that I don't sleep as well, another reason I didn't follow the program to a T. Some people don't have a problem with it though.

I can still fall asleep. I have a whoop and my quality is worse when I eat within like 1.5 to 2 hours before bed. Especially something like a protein shake that kind of sits on your stomach.

At that point the only think keeping you from ketosis is the lack of fats in the diet too protein and veggies, 1200 calorie days.
