Dude wtf are you talking about?

Nobody posting in this thread needs help nor do we need you to tell us we are eating too many carbs when you don't know wtf you are talking about.

We are following the RP diet.

My gym is doing an 8-week RP App challenge and strongly considered signing up, but I did some gut checking and I'm just not feeling up to committing to RP's standards. I am doing fine with Avatar and being more flexible and slow paced.

It's interesting to see people who've never even heard of macros try to learn RP. I'm honestly surprised the coaches wanted people to use RP instead of doing something like Whole30 (which they normally do)

Yea to is strict. I don't even know if I will be able to hit every meal, I will hit macros though daily. The app notifications are annoying as frick though lol.

Yea at least on strength I know having pizza and beer won’t throw me all out of sync

I’m only trying to put on 5lbs so it’s going to be a slow progression the next couple months

I lost a pound last week, probably due to getting back in the grove of working out again

so this week it adjusted and hole frick

this isn't for the faint of heart. 360g of carbs every day this week

Lucky arse. I'm at 150-165 but most is peri-workout. Just a little sprinkled throughout the day like 20g at a time

I ain't gonna lie, first two days, just hitting overall macros, I don't have time for this 6 meal a day nonsense. When I go to lean bulk I'll do that but for now, following the macros and doing IF.

I did a mass for around 3 months until Dec 1st and put on about 15 lbs of good size (could still see my abs). Those 400g carb days were rough. Went all month of Dec in a maintenance and stayed around 180lbs. Started a slow cut 2 weeks ago and down about 2 lbs.

I like the RP set up, but I haven't been as strict as I was on my cut last year, so far

400g of carbs is pretty unhealthy unless you are eating a ton of leafy green veggies and whole grains.
