the good thing bc the meal size it is forcing me to eat slower

bc you know the military fricks up the way you eat

my daily macro break down for week one is 180g protein, 55g fat, 225g carbs.

and why the frick are pancakes, bagels and sauces not on the damn food list

I dunno, they need to pay someone to update the damn database from the USDA website and then allow user submissions or custom adds.

Also looks like I’m going to be back to buying 93% beef

Been buying 90% the last two years but using the 90% takes up almost all my fats and can’t add more beef for my protein

Been using 93%
some of my meals only have 5g fat

I may be on the road tomorrow so that will make it interesting I am sure. May just take the macros and plug into MFP

RP is magical. It's a lot of work, but you get to eat a ton of food and your performance is better than ever and you lose weight when you don't feel like you should.

Now down 8 lbs
My goal was 10 lbs in like 4 weeks which they thought was aggressive. I will probably hit that in this week (which was just what I gained on vacation)

After how many weigh ins do they adjust to slow down the loss? Or do I need to go in and change to maintenance/build?

had my first snack lol

just a little bag of popcorn we have a machine at work

but im def getting the hang of this

also im figuring out hot to navigate my carbs protien

using things like OJ and bannas to fill gaps to i dont eat a frick ton of the same thing

or using protien shakes to help fill gaps. at the end usually two shakes a day

half before working out
half with dinner
and a full before bed with the late night meal

I'm just using the macros. Still doing IF, but yes I will only have two meals today. Had Subway for lunch and that took chunk of my calories.

FTR even the oven roasted chicken breast with double meat, single cheese with no other items is close to 1000 Cal's and adding bacon puts it over.

my buddies wife brought in devil food aka donuts

had two of them so will subtract those 45gs of crabs from the rest of my food for the day

The meal/nutrient timing is where it’s at

Everyone of my workouts this week have been on point

Down almost 2 pounds in 5 days with peak performance

My abs are also starting to look much better

Will post before and after pics after a month of RP fat loss and HIBB
