Yea I was doing pretty good most of the week. But I'm not eating all those small meals. Been following the guidelines of LG with the RP macros. So 25% in first two meals/50% postworkout.
Biggest thing for me is eating the carbs. It's helping me big time and getting more ripped than ever cause I am pushing the hell out of the workouts

didn't drop any pounds over the weekend
which was expected bc i blew up my macros saturday night with bud heavy and pizza
but didn't gain anything really back
one thing that has been great other than the first 2 days with my body adjusting and having to shite all the time.
my gut health has been fan fricking tastic
i have not been bloated at all

No my protein is a mix

-10.4 lbs on first week. So almost all of the 13 I gained on vacation. Upped my calories this week. since my goal was 10 over 4 weeks. See how it goes and decide what I will do at the end of this week. Stay on fat loss, go to maintenance, or maybe try to add some muscle
Yes, I have been shitting way more times than normal, great shits though.
I do the casein at night, but I have done that for a while so it hasn't bloated me. I make like a cookie dough out of it and put it on chocolate or caramel rice cakes

Gotcha. The templates called for casein at night but the app must do things differently.

actually put on 1.2 pounds from monday
need to keep telling myself 1 pound a week is the goal so it might go up and down
but i already feel leaner and im only down 4 lbs from my initial 180

I already have the RO app for free but decided to join Avatar again.
I don't like eating 5 meals a day and now Avatar has the moving targets so I can save calories if I want to, makes it much easier instead of adjusting mfp all the time. Should make it much easier on me to stay complaint.

Avatar is still on my front runner list for how in gonna get my macros and track soon. RP is just too rigid and I don't like eating in that fashion. It feels like using a sledgehammer to drive a nail. If I was a competitive athlete RP would be my choice. I find that my appetite is largest in the morning and by evening I only need a small dinner to be satisfied. RP flies in the face of my natural rhythm.
The RP simplified templates are interesting to me for that reason alone, too. Have you gotten your hands on those?

I believe I have the simplified PDFs in my folder on my drive.
And yea I feel like that with RP. My compliance is practically nil because wants me to eat like a competitive bodybuilder and I am just not into that. I hate eating that away and prefer at a minimum 16:8 IF and Avatar supports that.
Avatar has been adding features constantly. They could easily add a competitive athlete template and write the percentages that RP provides in books and easily have an app better than RP on every front.
Main thing with Avatar is to keep building the database.
The new moving targets and carb/fat switch make a huge difference in flexibility. Me knowing what I know about macro timing and performance nutrition this allows me to not only have high/low days but also fluctuate the macros easily around when I workout.
Honestly Avatar is just a better all around system because of all these features.

I liked Avatar because when I did IF I had more energy throughout the day at work
With RP, I am never hungry or full but I feel lethargic throughout the day, but great for my workouts

Ran out of protein early this week it sucked
but my reup from BPN got here early
So even though im not shedding pounds left and right i am def feeling leaner and notice fat in my face and chest going away. Abs are looking better but still have those trouble spots to knock out
still working through when to have high density and low density carbs

Adjusted to more aggressive today, since I have a bachelor party in a week and a half. Do once week of this ~135ish grams of carbs a day then spend the next half week up a little more

It had me adjust to more aggressive this week bc I’m basically stuck at 176
It basically cut my carbs by 100 grams a day
