I got 6+22, hit a wall on the 5th round and thought I was going for throw up. I rowed at 1300 the whole time until the 6th round too much pre workout maybe.

I ended up getting 5 + 31. I couldn't find a position to lay in where my quads weren't killing me at the end of that. Forgot the pre-work out at the house and was pretty bummed I didn't have it.

Had diaphragm cramps by 7 minutes and just ground it out.
Maintained 1100-1200 cals on the rows. Well, first round I did 1600 then reality hit

Pre workout killed me, drank too much coffee before and felt like I was going to throw up and have a heart attack. May try again Monday, think I can get 7

Strength - 3 second pause squats sets of 3, 185,185,225,225,225.
Conditioning - 25 min AMRAP
95 lbs on the barbell
5 overhead press
5 barbell rows
5 pushups
5 ab mat sit ups
5 dumbbell snatches at 50lbs
5 dead hang pull ups
9 rounds + 2 overhead press
I came out way to hot, my first round took 1:25 and my second 1:45

That workout sucked. I went 4 rds + 19. Took off way too hot. Literally looked up after I got done with the first rd under 2 min and knew I was in trouble. After rd 1 of unbroken wall balls, I went 7-6-6 broken on wall balls and that really wasn’t bad. Rowing is what killed me. My original goal was 5 rds and I fell short by 19 cals. It’s definitely attainable. Will probably attempt it again Monday morning before work.

I sucked on the rower after the 3rd round: 6+1 Rx
Redo on Monday. I went unbroken on the Wallballs through 4 rounds before breaking them up 12-7 in the 5th and 6th rounds. Next time I’ll hang on for unbroken Wallballs every round since my holdup is the row.
I also had to dick around with the rower straps a few times. I’ll have them a little looser on Monday so I can jump in and out quickly.
Should get close to 7 full rounds on the redo. Faster transitions and going unbroken on the wallballs should give me 1-1:30 left entering R7.
Recovered and worked up to 265x5 on bench and a few sets of incline DBs at 90x7.

I got 6 + 15.
If I could have maintained 1000 on the tower I would have easily gotten 7 rounds. I just really suck on the rower.
I broke up the wall balls 10 + 9 every round. As soon as the ball stopped moving I picked it back up. I will absolutely not be doing that again. My legs are beat!

I could improve from 6 plus 7 but I would not finish 7, my rows were just meh. But I felt real good about my pace. I went unbroken thru 4. I should’ve broke earlier. I had a real bad row on round 4.
Then I wasted too much time for my last set of wb. I waited till like 15 seconds left. I should’ve went earlier and tried to hold on.

I can pull 1500 at a "resting" pace, so I'm gunna try to stay there and not get up past 1700.
Got 7 plus 20. Thankfully had a couple people talk me out of 1500 and had them telling me to slow down every round to stay at 1150/1200. Went unbroken on WBs until the last round and had to break twice. Hit the gas too early on the row before and it killed me. Could probably get closer to 30 if I tried again working smarter, but I'm gunna leave it.
