Five rounds and 8 cals
I feel like I had another round in me but by the time I found my pace it was too late
I also felt at times I was going no where for the cals on the row

Lots of people talk about their legs burning out
mine were fine it was my upper back which around my left shoulder blade ive had some issues with the last 6 weeks or so.

I did 19.1 at my house. I don't have a wall ball target and my bricks for my house end at around 7.5 ft on that side so I just used that. So not exactly RXd

I did 19.1 Sunday afternoon and yesterday was 100 KBs, plus pike pushups, front rack lunges and t2bs. My legs are done.
Saw today's class was OHS and thrusters. I'm out. May take the beginner crossfit/cardio class just to move around.

Strength - Squat cleans worked up to a couple 225 singles, had 235 but it slipped out my hands. First time going that heavy without wrist wraps. My wrist felt great.
Conditioning
6 rounds, 3 mins a round 200 meter max effort sprint
2nd workout
15 mins AMRAP
15 cals on the assault bike
10 Right Arm hang kettle bell snatches at 35lbs
10 Burpees

I lost my wife last week to brain cancer. She was the one that got me in the door and pushed me through the tough beginning. We only had a short time together in the box. I am going to try to go back this week. Maybe today.
