Did a fire muster challenge

Fire truck pull, sledgehammer to a brick like in the games

And all kind of random events

My unit won for the entire base

My workout yesterday:

300lb bag load (corn into truck)
400m warmup walk
ladder climb
3.5 hour stand (in a stand)
ladder descend
400m walk
400m wild hog drag (250lb was rx . . . may have used mechanical assistance)
300lb bag unload (from truck to ground)
200lb bag load (onto four-wheeler i.e. mechanical assistance)
200lb overhead bag lift (from four wheeler to feeder)
600m walk
ladder climb
3 hour stand
ladder descend
600m walk
100lb bag load (unused corn)

I’m passing on Nightmare at GCF.. I’d try and Rx that sucker and get capped.

..and I have Clearwater Beach Brawl this weekend and don’t want to pound my body this week.

I was getting lightheaded through the last 3 rounds, and was dizzy after. It was a doozy of a WOD.

Strength

Worked up to a 235lb x 2 front squat

Conditioning

100 toes to bar for time
Every time you drop from the bar 15 push ups is the penalty

Then tried another WOD but I was smoked from the first one

Go until the clock runs you down 30 second intervals
3 deadlifts at 225, next beep 5 ball slams with 20 lbs. then 5 kb squats at 35lbs then 5 dead hang pull ups

I only made it twice all way through before the clock ran me down

need good workout today, somebody give me some ideas, no barbells. Have dumbells up to 50lbs.

The things we do with dumbells include: Walking lunges, presses, snatch, cleans and deads, You could also do some farmer's carry. Just pick a workout mixing in some of these with maybe some situps, push ups or something on a bar if you have one.
