15 push press 75#
15 box jump overs

I’d cut the time down to 3 min rounds if I did it again. I finished all the rounds in about 2:00

6 dbell squat
6 T2B
9 dbell squat
9 T2B
Add 3 reps each round until the end

I got thru the 18 round plus the 21 squats.....kinda slow on T2B

For time:
400m run
50 WBs 20#
40 Box Jumps 24"
400m run
30 burpees
20 snatches 115#
400m run

I got 17.35 RX.

I can't do T2B anymore. Last few times I've hurt my shoulder.

I'll have to sub GHDs from now on. Kinda sucks. I was just getting good at them.

I don't know what I'm doing on T2B that tweaks my shoulder so much.

I get a weird almost electrical pain in my left shoulder sometimes doing anything with a kipping movement. Wondering if it's thoracic outlet? I'll probably just do knee ups. I have no pride in that room.

Things I am NOT doing today:

My knee has been stiff and a little sore since the 9/11 workout so I took the last two day off. Yesterday was building to a max squat clean set so that was off until the knee was good.

Felt good to go this morning until I saw Fran was the workout. 45 thrusters that quick might not be the best idea. So, looks like open gym and sprints for me!

The 5 rounders(anything) just wipe me out. I don't think I was cut out for this shite. At least I did decent on OH squat.

Geez, I missed that earlier. So 150 wall balls and then 30 snatches?

But I get three WHOLE minutes to rest?

GCF’s workout today looked terrible with today’s heat.

3 person teams with work split evenly..
300 DUs
3000M Row
9 Laps (each lap ~350m)

Workout was supposed to be a sprint.

I did..

Push press from split jerk: 135x3, 160x3, 185x3
Clean and Jerk x1: 165, 180, 197.5, 207.5, 217.5
Front squats: 245x3x2, 230x4x 2, 215x5x2

Back squats for strength today

Worked up to a 275 for a double, didn’t go heavier bc I ran that 11 miles on Tuesday

Conditioning
10 min AMRAP
3 deadlifts at 225
5 toes to bar
10 push ups
10 air squats

Got 7 rounds and a 1 deadlift

Then 2 min AMRAP 2 min rest 4 rounds
5 KB swings 70lbs
5 dead hang pull ups
10 sit ups
5 24inc box jumps

I did the workout at home.

I did 150 thrusters with the 20lb med ball bc I don’t have a target. 7:15

And did Isabel with 95lbs. Sub 4:00

It was brutal.
