Today’s workout:
8 rounds. 1 round every 3 minutes.
400m run
12 T2B or 12 GHDs
I enjoyed this one. Alternated the T2B and GHD.

20 empty bar thruster (instead of wall balls)
Then
800m run

Followed with
7x2 clean and jerk....set every 2 minutes

Today is a problem. We have 10-1 shoulder to overhead with double unders after every set. I just can't do 30 doubs after every one of those even though I would like to try. Going to be 90 singles for me today.

Second day back at it since Labor Day

I went on a drinking bender and ate shite food that weekend and my body needed a week to recover.

Today worked up to 405 for a double deadlift for strength

Then EMOM five rounds 2 deadlifts at 315

Conditioning

2min AMRAP 2 min rest three rounds

Two clean and press at 135
10 toes to bar

Leather. Not smooth like Bear Komplex, though.

Doing the exact same thing, but getting a Push Press 1rm first, burpee CTB for CTB, and we don't have a ski. Looking forward to this one now that I can string together a couple HSPU (with 2 ab mats )

Build to a 5 Rep Back Squat
(3sec down, 1 sec pause, then up)
Did 250lbs. That pause sucked!

WORKOUT
AMRAP x 12 MINUTES
7 DB Front Squats (50/35)
7 Box Jump (24/20”)

2 Burpees top of every minute, including 0:00
Hit 8 rounds.
