I went 13 rounds yesterday and stopped because my knee started feeling it. I’ve been battling patella tendonosis for 18 months and it’s been feeling better these last 2-3 weeks. I had 10-15 secs left so 15+ was reachable.

Today was Jackie.. 9:11Rx.

Need to work on pull-ups when fatigued.

12 Tall Step-Up - Used 24in box + 35lb plate
50 Double Unders - Did 100 singles
-Rest 1:00 minute-

*Goal is to maintain same time for all rounds

This workout sucked.

Hell, I got to go there this morning for my checkup. We are getting old. Can start meeting for donuts and coffee in like 6 years

I've heard you can't ask to join-you must be asked. I've already been shopping for the coveralls. I really like the seersucker ones with the crest and metal belt clasps.

Squat cleans

Worked up to 195, should have hit 205 with ease but both times the bar slipped out of my hands. Blaming it on a shitty bar with no wip or knurling

Conditioning

20min AMRAP

5 bench press at body weight so 175
5 dead hang pull ups
5 GHD sit ups
100 foot farmers carry 75lb kettle bells in both hands

3 Cleans
2 Front Squats
1 Jerk

Add weight each round.

Gonna be a fun one.

Couldn’t hang onto the barbell for my 3rd 205 TNG power clean. Had a done so, the front squats and jerk would have been easy. Knee came away feeling ok so that’s a plus.

Did some more handstand work afterwards. I’ll be eclipsing 20+ feet in no time unbroken.

Also worked on big sets of TTBs and pumped out 20 unbroken.

Did nothing today

Didn’t have lunch or anything to eat until 2:30 bc work was crazy and it threw off my entire clock

Usually I can fast until 12 and be fine but today I was way to active moving around for work not to eat

Every 3:00 X 6 (18:00)
Unbroken complex:

3 Cleans
2 Front squats
1 Jerks
*increase weight each round

(Heaviest successful complex recorded)

This was a fun one. I got up to 155, but it was not unbroken.

Hit 315 for a double, then did calve raises

Conditioning 15 min AMRAP

200 meter row
5 toes to bar
30 foot kettle bell over head lunges with 35lb in each hand

Max shoulder to overhead with remaining time



Was deceptively spicy by round 4
