So I’m starting to rebuild my deadlift

Completely refocusing on form and ensuring the movement is correct so I’m not exploding through the lifts for the next couple months. Making sure I’m sitting deeper in the lift and driving through my heels

Dropped the weight to where it’s heavy but not hard

315x3, 315x3, 335x3, 355x2 , 375x2

Also for strength did over head press, worked up to a 145x3

Conditioning

10min AMRAP

5 racked kb squats, 35lb in each hand
5 toes to bar
10 push ups

10/10 Hang Non-Alt. Snatch (50/35)

It goes 0-100 real quick.. first 4 or 5 rounds you're thinking "man, this won't be so bad". Then you get to rounds 9,10 and all of a sudden you're getting 10 seconds to catch your breath. Then round 12 hits and you get basically no rest, maybe 2-3 seconds, then 13.. 14... dead.

Death by 10m shuttle is like this:

1-minute rounds, rest when you finish the workload for the round:
1) run 10m
2) run 10Mx2
3) run 10Mx3
4) run 10Mx4
-Do this until you give up

So basically, at first it's super easy, then as the rounds go on, your workload increases and your rest time decreases.

2.5 mile Indian run for PT

We stopped every 800 meters or so and did three different calisthenics

Then the last 1200 meters was a sprint to the end

I was able to maintain a 7 min mile pace that last .75
