I bruised or cracked a rib yesterday so this week will be an easy one..

Nah.. I’ll push the envelope and see how far I can go.

I've done something similar with dumbbell thrusters but the burpees went up by the minute. 1 at 1 minute mark, 2 and 2 minute, etc.

I do not know how many I can do without a beak, but I promise you I will know this afternoon.

But I don't want to run 15,000 meters!

Tried the workout at lunch but the rib stopped me when I tried burpees. I couldn’t breathe (maybe a 1/4 of a full breath) and the burpee made the rib hurt a good bit.

37 thrusters in the first min, though.

What gymnastics grips you guys are using? Seems like most people have made the switch to 3 hole grips. Wodies or Bear Komplex seem to be the main 2. Any recs?

Victory grips are the GOAT

They have a 2 finger, 3 finger, 4 finger and even a no finger option.

I did a gymnastics seminar at my gym a few years ago that a former games athlete taught. She recommended those.

Second week of rebuilding my deadlift

Been focusing hard on using my mobility to keep my butt down and drive through my legs. Getting those bad habits of using so my back gone when using heavy weight

Hit a 405 double today and it felt like the cleanest deadlift I’ve ever done

Conditioning

EMOM 14 mins
1 clean and press at 135
7 toes to bar

By the 10th min it started to suck

I have a design coming in that’s still a 2-hole design, but covers more.

The model is call The Cobra.
