18 min to find max squat clean. I still need work on the movement. Did 165.

12 min EMOM
First minute: 15 DU, 2 squat cleans at a heavy weight. Used 135
Second minute: 30 sec push up, 30 sec plank

:60 second max effort squats with 50# dumbells

Rest 5:00

Max Effort 800m run

Rest 5:00

4 minutes of tabata air squats.....20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 4 minutes.

Still dealing with the painful pulling feeling in my left arm when I reach up with my arm extended, coach helped modify.

I did:
50 jumping lunges
50 sit ups
50 jump squats
50 kettlebell deadlift
50 burpees

14:55

Gonna have to see the PT to figure out what's up with my arm. Thinking something originating in my bicep, but the pulling feeling runs down the bottom of my forearm to the where my palm and wrist meet in a specific line.

This killed me yesterday:

24 Min EMOM

Min 1: 20 KB snatches (10 each arm)
Min 2: 10 front squats
Min 3: 15 toe to bars or knee raises
Min 4: 10 DB S2OH and 10 front rack DB lunges
Min 5: ME double unders
Min 6: Rest

X 4 rounds

Maybe it was the heat but that was bad.

Looks like a tough one. Should be perfect for tonight after just coming home from vacation.


I couldn’t do 10 and 10 in under a minute for minute 4. Minute 6 was much needed.

15 deficit push-ups (use 45# bumpers for deficit)

Steps ups were much harder than anticipated

I continue to feel terrible, and have swamp taint from Saturday. So, I will be treating this wod as an AMRAP:
