8. Get on the assault bike and hit 100 calories as fast as I can. I normally add this onto the WOD.

I did it at 115......real RX is 185

It’s supposed to be as long as possible but we capped it at 20 Rounds. I made it all 20

Skipped again today.

Heavy squat cleans with the knee issue was still a no-go so I benched again and worked up to 255.

Btb benching days after not really benching for for 6 weeks was rough.

PT this morning

just a bunch of pointless body weight exercise to get you tired like updowns to get you warmed up and squats.

The 4 rounds max effort
1 min flutter kicks
1min burpees
1min pushups
walking lunges full court
1min wall sits
full court sprint

the last round we did 5 sprints

5 min break

then 1 mile run max effort

Workout:
4x7 deadlifts work to a heavy unbroken set.
(135,185, 225, 275)

METCON:
5 90 second rounds
12 cal bike
7 HSPU (did dumbbell press with 35lb)
7 deadlifts @ 225

Made it through the first 2 rounds getting all reps. After that I made it to one deadlift each round.

Workout of the Day

5 Rounds:
3 Rope Climbs
10 Toes to Bar
21 OH Walking Lunges (45/25)
60 Double Unders


I did:
-rope stand-up from box.. wrap feet around rope, pull and stand up
-10 knee raises
-25lb oh walking lunge
-practcied doubles the first 3 rounds. Once tireez switched to 60 singles.

More of a strength day today

20min yoga session this morning

Afternoon

Bench press 175lb x 5, 185lbs x 5, 195lbs x 5 , 205lbs x 3, 225lbs x 3

Single arm dumbbell row 3 sets of 5 at 100lbs, 2 sets at 105lb

Incline dumbbell bench press 2 sets 70lbs, 2 sets 80lbs, 1 set 85lbs

Seated cable row 2 sets at 160lbs, 2 sets at 175lbs, 1 set at 190lbs.

Then EMOM until you no rep

Body weight power clean at 175lbs just one rep, then super seted with 10 push ups, next min do 5 pull ups instead of push ups. Then alternate.

Made it through 7 mins until i no reped the clean.

My upper body was smoked

20 lunges with single arm OH dumbbell

Fran: 9:08 Scaled it with 75lbs

Hate missing this one, but I will not go to the gym sick:

A.)Clean and Jerk- 15 min to build to a heavy set of 2 Reps!
B.)For Time
50-30-10
Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Goblet Squats (53/35)
50 Double Unders or 100 Singles after each Round!
C.)3 Rounds
20 V-Ups
30 sec side Plank each side

5 rounds for time

400m run
30 box jumps
30 wall ball 20lb

I've gone 5 days in a row and yesterday was brutal in the heat. 150 wall balls would kill me, especially since I did 100 yesterday. Today is my rest day.

I've done it before, but something has been really wrong with me lately. Just not recovering at all. Can barely walk today from those weighted lunge things and super sets on Wednesday.

Hope to feel better next week and get going hard again.

I think the heat got me yesterday. (still no A/C at my crossfit!) I was good until the rowing and I just had to take it slow. Coach even asked me if I was feeling ok. I think I hadn't hydrated enough and the 5 days in a row got to me.

I told him I would be back and breathing fire on Sunday.
