Minute 3: 20 weighted Russian twists
Then 12 minute AMRAP
1 pull up, 1 push up, 1 squat

Afternoon wrapped up week 2 of tactical barbell for strength this week I’m spent
This morning did this warrior challenge, humvee push, obstacle course, doing stuff in mopp gear and other random shite. On a 3 mile course all while having a 30lb pack on your back.

Strict pull-ups aren’t an issue for me because I’ve been working around a torn labrum for about 4 years. Started doing Crossfit workouts right after it was diagnosed. Stayed away from kipping until recently. But I’ve always kept to strict pull-ups in workouts. And it helps that I only weigh around 170.

A1: Tempo Strict HSPU or strict kneeling DB presses (30x1) for 8-10 reps
A2: 30 sec KB holds 1 Front Rack/1 Farmer Hold (alternate after 30 sec)
B: 12 min AMRAP.. 4 MUs, 12 strict alt KB press (60/44), 30 DUs
A1: Did Strict HSPUs but didn’t do 8-10.. More like 4 per set
A2: 53/62 lb KB holds
B: 5+2

Right side started fading in the later rounds on the presses due to recovery from this nerve issue.

A.) Front Rack Lunge 4 x 4-6 (heavier)
B.) 3 Rounds:
4 Front Squats (225/160)

Rest 2 Minutes
*Exit at water fountain, enter through glass door .. almost 300m
I did 135lb lunges and 135 front squats. I was feeling lightheaded and shite during warmups and during the lunges, then after the 2nd round of the WOD i almost hurled.. Not a good day for me. But I gutted it out and finished in 10:38.

Saw the doc today and I have a chest wall contusion but I’m still cleared to workout
