Thanks! Decided to do the Lean Bodies option yesterday, even though it had a bunch of burpees. I was good until the second run then got a stitch in my side that I had all the way through the situps.

I built to 145 on bench.
Did jumping pullups and held the negatives a bit. I can feel my weight loss on these. Motivating.
Knee pushups. Still wrecked me. By the end I was doing singles with 15sec rest.. couldn't get all the way down, either.
Got 5+8
My left shoulder is really tight and achy this evening. Gonna go see the PT Friday.

Good, man. I started in November at 274, and am almost at my current goal of 255. I have 2 days left on this cycle, which will have lasted 24 weeks. Gonna take 12 weeks to get my calories back up and maintain, focus on strength for a little while, and then hit it again with another diet cycle.. definitely going to go with a shorter duration from here on out.

With a 20# weight vest
50 strict pull-ups
100 hand-release pushups
Run 5K
First time using a vest in a workout. Wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, but you definitely knew it was there. Pull-ups and pushups took 12:22 and ran the 5K in 29:01.

Did two different WODs about 4 hours apart
WOD 1:
400 m buy in
7 RFT
6 burpees
9 sit ups
12 push ups
15 air squat
400 m cash out
WOD 2:
Partner WOD
20 min AMRAP
2000 m row
50 box jump overs (24/20)
400 ft sled drag (135/90)
Did with the wife and got 1 rd + 1116 m

Tons of EMOMS and AMRAPs that includes run, sprints, assault bike or rows
Also I’m in the second week of tactical barbell for my strength program and I’ve already noticed how much stronger my legs are and it’s helping my runs and carrying this extra muscle

Gotcha. I’ve been focusing on running and burpees. I need to add in assault bike work.
