Did this workout twice yesterday.

4 rounds
20 cal row (1st time) 20 slam balls (2nd time)
20 db box step ups
10 db strict press

Was a mistake. Now my knee is stiff. Note to self: 160 db box steps ups is too many for my knee.

Did the Saturday workout at GCF with my son..

20 min AMRAP
2 laps
10 pull-ups
10 TTB
10 Lunges 45/35

One partner runs while the other goes through the 10-10-10. When run is finished, they switch and pick up where the other left off in the 10-10-10 AMRAP.

With finished with 208 reps,

Another pinched nerve in my upper back near my right shoulder blade causing issues again.

It always shows up around the open/Murph after a shitload of pull-up bar work.

Pressing movements down.

Today

Work up to a heavy 3 rep max of strict press

15 min AMRAP
1 lap (~350M)
Max unbroken push-ups

155 on the press sucks when I hit 185 3 weeks ago.

101 on the push-up total with the nerve issue.

I had to do the last 2 rounds of pull-ups doing jumping ones. Hard to kip in my garage bc the damn ceilings are low! It pisses me off!

Push ups & wall balls (3:49, after the rd of 21 I didn’t think it would be that bad and then I got down for my first push up - LOL I was wrong)

Today:

Man makers
Push ups
KBS
Follow each rd w/ 50 ft farmers carry

The first time I did today’s workout was a couple weeks ago and it wrecked me. Took me 40 minutes to finish. Those man makers are no joke. Anxious to see how today will go.
