I think he came in 10th in the open so he’s qualified

10 burpee box step overs
Person A will start the run/row while person B waits for them to get done before starting the goblet squats. Repeat that pattern until completion.

Strength hit a 365 x 3 deadlift no problem
Conditioning
Partner WOD with the wife
25 min AMRAP while one is running the other is doing max effort
200 meter run to start ever round,
KB swings
Push ups
Dumbbell snatches
Pull ups
Sit ups
Burpees
We made it all the way through and back to the push up round
Strength hit a 365 x 3 deadlift no problem
Conditioning

I have never been a good pull-up guy. I have been doing CrossFit for almost 6 years and have never used grips or gear. The only gear I use is wrist wraps with overhead barbell work. I say that to mention that I tried the Bear Complex carbon grips today and it felt like I was cheating on pull-ups. I strung them together better than ever and it was post WOD. I’ve never been comfortable w more than 5. I did a set of 7 and easily could have done 3-5 more. I was locked in on the bar like I have never felt
