I said I wasnt doing the open......but it looks like I’m gonna give 18.1 a go this weekend.

I said I wasn't doing the open and then they made teams and everyone got drafted. If you don't do it you hurt your team.

Believe it or not, I did fast singles the whole time. I was trying to save my grip which helped but it slowed me down tremendously. Monday I’ll string them together 4-4.

263. I died, then resurrected and felt great and accomplished because I pushed myself harder than I probably ever have.

The rowing got me. That's what ground me down. I did both hanging knee raises and c+j unbroken the whole time.

If I can do it anyone can.

This WOD, particularly the scaled version, is alllll about pacing and blocking out burning muscles at the end. And follow other tips.. use your legs for the c+j, and use legs on the rower. don't grip the bar too hard for the knee raises or the rows.

208 Rx. Started in December, so I'm happy I was able to Rx, but I was pretty disappointed with my TTB performance. Borrowed someone's grips and still ripped my hands in two spots on both hands. Think I could have done better if I broke them out from the beginning. The first two unbroken rounds killed me. Had a couple no reps where one arm just wasn't having is and I just karate kicked up with one leg
