I finished Diane, with seconds to spare. I has disappoint, tho. It took me over 2 and a half minutes to finish the last 9 HSPU. No where near PR'ing Diane. Going to give her another go this afternoon.

I was fully locked out on some reps, pulling my toes to my shins, and I was still short of my mark.

The last time we did Diane was 2 months ago and I was at 6:00 Rx with me having long transitions to the wall and bar due to the size of the class.

I should have double checked my lines to make sure they were correct. I watched someone today, who I judged on Friday get consistently 4-5” over his mark all workout, and he struggled doing it last week. His marks must have been 3-4” lower today.

If I had another day, I would do it again. My back is fine.

PR’d Diane by 20 seconds (6:54). Got off the last set of Dead’s over a minute faster than when I did it Saturday. Was more aggressive this time. Really glad I was able to beat my old Diane.

Alum - I’ve seen such a gap in the measurement standard just I’m my gym. I watched a guy do strict and literally almost couldn’t get to the line.

Now here’s to dumbbell Thrusters coming up. They gonna suck but.

I would just peck em away, I have no idea how I will respond after 12 or so, I may fail them all, or may just get 4 or 5 per minute.

I will do it next week, I will just burn through the deadlifts and see what happens.

We get to vote on 18.5, this should be interesting. I'm expecting 3 choices that will all absolutely suck!

There will be a poll on Facebook on the same live feed that they do the announcement shows.

The voting will start at 3pm PST (5pm CST) and the announcement will start as usual at 5pm PST (7pm CST)

So you only have 2 hours to vote.

I am assuming the WOD with the lowest amount of votes will probably be 19.1.

I'm guessing it will be the same movements, just different rep schemes. Basically you can either do 80-100-120 reps of Wallball, chest to bar, and thruster, you pick how many of each you'll be doing.

I do scaled, so there may be no way to know exactly what I'm voting for.

Sucks for Jacob Heppner.

He’s an outlier on his body shape and he could barely meet the HSPU standard when he was fresh and his official score was 104.

Dropped from T5 to 200 in his region and he has zero shot at making it to the Games this year.

Just checked the leader board. Girl I know is ranked 216 in the women’s. She went to regionals last year.

Same. Well, I'll do whatever Rx I can, unless the first movement is something I can't do Rx. But ultimately yeah, can only really guess what the scaled WODs are

I didn't sign up,so there's no point in me getting any RX reps in, so maybe we monitor the thread and I can vote for whatever is best for you guys?
