It’s definitely a sneaky one. Ascending reps suck, and people usually go out too hot on those.

I will be scaling this one unlike 22.1 and doing 185 lb.

I’m good at DL but I hate burpees.
I’m going into it with this pace.
Rounds 1-4 in a minute. That’s 10 DL and 10 burpees.
Rounds 5-6 in a minute. 11/11
Rounds 7-8 in a 90 seconds
15/15
Round 9 in 90 sec 9/9
Round 10 in 90 sec 10/10
6:30 with plenty of time to suffer going back down
I doubt I could maintain the pace, but the higher rounds won’t have a lot of transitions and it’s mostly gonna be burpees. If I am holding the pace, I may pick it up in 8-10 rounds to have time going back down.

Hoping to get back into the 2nd round of 8.
Deadlifts are light for me but the burpees will gas me probably on the first round of 7 or 8.

Deadlifts caught up to me as well. 128 reps. May retest tomorrow if my lower back isn’t smoked.

Got the same 128, burpees got me. Even tried to keep a constant pace and make a mark for my hand so that I didn’t waste steps.
Shouldn’t do it again but always do for some reason, can maybe squeeze out a couple more reps after resting this weekend

I got 120 Rx. I’m terrible at DLs, my lower back was wrecked and I had to do singles after 6 rounds. Hope 22.3 is in my wheelhouse because wallwalks and deadlifts are NOT

Watched the guy who runs our gym actually finish the workout. Going to be honest, I didn't know that was possible in a 10 minute cap.

No I don't know who Justin King is. But anyone who can finish that in the 10min cap is a beast.
