Any of y’all do the first open workout today?

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 wall walks
12 dumbbell snatches
15 box jump-overs
M: 50-lb dumbbell, 24-in box
W: 35-lb dumbbell, 20-in box

Those BJOs will add up for me.
The volume on WWs and snatches per round are fine.
Hoping for 7 rounds or more.

I did a little over 7 rounds. Box jumps really got tough late. Heart rate through the roof going back to the wall.

Did scaled. 6 rounds + 2 reps. Was a lot more of a lung burner than I anticipated.

Doing it tomorrow morning and going to be cold in the gym based on the forecast which won't help the lung burn.
Any tips to strategize? Goal is also 7ish rounds and will do Rx.

Honestly box jumps were hardest thing for me. Just got really tough to rebound quickly in the late rounds.

Did yesterday morning at the gym. 156 reps Rx and judged.
Thinking I could get 170-175 if I re-tested, which I will not be doing any time soon.
Did the wall walk and DU Open workout in the garage last year with no judge, so was worried about meeting the standard, but thankfully that wasn't an issue. The movement was less terrible than I thought it would be and thankfully only 3 reps / round which was manageable.

I don’t know which CrossFit girl walked into your Kroger brand planet fitness and cleaned your deadlift max, but it’s ok you don’t have to troll the CrossFit thread. Yes the movements are complex, they even require Olympic lifting. These movements are really hard for high school heroes in the knock off planet fitness only maxing curls and shrugs.
