Y’all been seeing this shut unfold? Glass man tweeted FLOYD-19 to another tweet.
Since then multiple athletes have cone out against it, Reebok has cut off negotiations with CF and some affiliates are leaving “CrossFit.”

Institute for health metrics tweeted “Racism is a public health issue.” Glassman responded with “Floyd-19.” Seems like he’s comparing it to covid.
An email was also brought up where Glassman made demeaning comments to a woman.

I’m still trying to figure out why what he said was wrong or racist? Maybe I don’t understand the context. Everything seems to be racist nowadays.

I think he was comparing how mishandled he thinks COVID-19 was/is to how he thinks the handling of Floyd's death has been/will be, or that he doesn't trust anything the IMHE has to say because he doesn't trust their COVID models. Kind of depends on context but his word salad of a tweet is impossible to decipher, but right now anyone invoking Floyds name in anything other than a positive light is instantly assumed racist.

Nike sure as hell won’t be replacing Reebok
Rogue is a BLM supporter and so is a Sorinex who is the only other company making top line shite.
Imagine being one of the top athletes and this is their income. Katrin already posted about Glassman
They must be pissed. The sanctionals bout to be their own thing now on

I think it will be good. Rogue can take over the games. No Glassman which means hopefully no Dave Castro programming.
Everyone will have some "Functional Fitness" name.
To have the name "CrossFit" in your gym name, you had to be an affiliate. Plus it made you a gym where people could drop in and do the Open workouts with legit coaches. I'm not sure there were many other benefits to being an affiliate.

It’s just a marketing ploy by gyms to get people in the door by calling themselves CrossFit

I think you will have Rogue pick up the games and I would not doubt a board be made of ex HQ employees and past champions to decide on where to go from here as a sport/community.
