What are some programs that have a WOD circuit style that attaches strength before the circuit?
Something like
Squat: 5x5
Nordic curls: 3x10
Calf raises: 3x10
Circuit:
Jump Rope x 30
Squat presses: x 8
Mountain climbers: x 10
Burpees: x 10
Pull ups: x 10

I'm just confused because you are not wanting Crossfit programs but are looking for a Crossfit program?

I think I meant not going to a box and doing it at home and I know there are different programs but wanted to emphasize strength

Ah. Gotcha.
I do Comptrain and it is very strength based, but there is also a lot of Oly lifting, so not sure if its something you could do.
HWPO is Mat Frasers program and I've heard its fun and intense, but I haven't been involved that much.
Oly lifting is a big part of all Crossfit programming, so any program, you are probably going to have to sub movements

That was another reason for the "not crossfit program"
I only have iron plates right now and not a great area to slam weights on the floor. My lifting platform already has my rack on it and the open space is only reasonable to do deadlifts or something similar on. The open space only has a single horsemat on each spot.

Brute body, Ryan Fischers High intensity bodybuilding, Brian alshure, unch of the hybrid programs, greyskull lci or any of the greyskull programs with the conditioning add on.
531 krypteia, 531 off-season for conditioning, really a bunch of 531 Templates.
Tactical programming is similar.
Email me if you want

Alsruhe's programs are strength focused and don't have oly lifting. Main focus on strength and hard conditioning. They are fun/hard as hell too.

Also barbell medicine has the titan template which is similar to what you want.

That’s basically strongman, which is what I compete in. Strongman is basically crossfit without the cardio. It’s fairly easy and cheap to make strongman implements.

I’ll second 5/3/1 Krypteia. I’ve been running it and will finish it next week. You can add extra CrossFit things in the super sets if you want. I’ve enjoyed it.
