Yes.
In fact, the programs by the Power Athlete crew are the best IMO. It's all I've run since 2010.

Does Jacked Street have any conditioning programmed?

Went ahead and impulse bought Grindstone last night. The flexibility of the program is a cool concept and the app is nice and easy to use. I did the first workout this morning and it was a legit upper body push workout. Probably going to do the aerobic capacity workout for the week tomorrow.

Not sure a new thread is needed for this topic so I’ll ask in here: I’m on my last week of 5/3/1 Krypteia. I’ve enjoyed the program but not sure I want to repeat right away. Any suggestions on 3-4 day/week programs that will help maintain/gain strength/muscle as I attempt to continue losing weight? I feel like I have 15-20 pounds to go to get to a good body comp(210# at 20-25% BF is my best guess right now). I am currently running 3 days/week to get ready for a half marathon in December but my priority is strength training. Not sure if any other info is needed but happy to provide if necessary. Thanks in advance

any of brian alshures programs would work good for this, but honestly....why not 531 beginners prep school? Would prolly be my suggestion.
