Anyone here doing this? I just read up on it and am intrigued by it. It goes against everything we have ever been taught in the past about nutrition. Any tips. How is it working for you? Typical diet? Would appreciate the feedback.

May get more legit answers on the Food and Drink Board?

Pizza, burgers, pasta, ice cream. It’s pretty awesome.

Pretty sure at no point in our history were people ever strictly carnivores, so I'm sure this diet is great for you.

That's what I'm having trouble with. I understand the cutting carbs to regulate insulin etc. but it is just so counterintuitive to what we have always been taught about diet. I'm willing to give it a try for a month to see how I feel. I'm just curious if anyone has seen noticeable differences on it such as fat loss, clearer thinking, energy etc.

All of these improved for me, including mood and sleep. I no longer crave sugars or carbs since I got past the initial cravings.

Health and Fitness you idiot.

Sounds like zerocarb, which is a more extreme version of keto.

Do you guys eat the same basic foods every day or do you switch it up? How many meals per day?

On carnivore? You eat muscle meat, organ meat, and eggs. Not much variety in that.

You’re going to feel awesome. It’s the natural evolution once you feel the benefits of Keto.
