If not, I'll delete.

I'm coming up on 35 years old. I look good/healthy for my age. Body fat is at about 15%. I'm 5'10 and weigh 170.

I've never lifted to become a monster and I don't plan to.

That said, I would like to get to under 10% body fat and bump the weight to 175 before summer gets here.

For you guys that have done testosterone, are those realistic expectations?

Any long lasting side effects or regrets about trying a cycle?

I don't see why it can't be discussed

I never used
But honestly I would try lifting heavy to be a monster first. Be the monster and look like one

Sure, it can be discussed here.

You'd be better doing a diet and a hypertrophy/bodybuilding program though.

Steroids aren't magic. You still have to do the above prescribed to get anything out of it. You can do that goal or closer to it without them.

You are looking at about 200-250 dollars for the cycle or even more.

I'm on trt and am pretty damn well versed in that world.

First question I am going to ask is do you have kids? Are you finished having kids? If not realize there is a chance to become sterile permanently

Are you willing to go on for life if God forbid you don't recover? If not then stay away.

Have you had your levels checked? If so you need to do so before deciding anything. If you are 750+ then keep chugging naturally

Now with that being said what your asking to do is lose 8 lbs of fat and gain 5 lbs of muscle, roughly you have about 16 weeks to make that happen. This is doable naturally so long as your diet is in check and put everything you have into lifting and cardio.

Post up what you are doing now and we can help

It's true he would still need to workout. But many medical studies have proven steroids alone without exercise will build muscle and strength when compared to a placebo.

I've been working out 5-6 days a week for the past 4 years and am happy with myself. But if I cycled test/tren for a few months I would absolutely make big strength and size gains while maintaining the same diet. Steroids play a huge role, that's why people turn to them

Take a month or two of low dose test and you would easily gain 5 lbs

Personally I would recommend to you not to take steroids. Almost all of my friends/former roommates end up regretting it.

Absolutely they work and work great if combined with a great diet and program. But I have scene plenty of people who look exactly the same after a cycle cause everything else sucked. Sure they work no matter what but not enough to make a visual difference without everything else in check.

As he said, if you plan on having kids or if you had problems conceiving, would stay away from them. Yes, TRT with a good diet and program can help you you look great by normie standards.

not a ton of research on them. They are no doubt effective, but carry many of the same side effects as traditional AAS and GW for example can cause cancer in high doses.

I am of the opinion that if you are at an age where you are done having kids and its something you want to mess with, by all means do so. I believe they can be used in moderation and can actually improve health if used right. But i am also of the believe its pretty much a life long decision and you are more than likely going to have to go on some form of TRT eventually. Also of the believe that you need to watch cholesterol, triglycerides, blood sugar and blood pressure levels very very closely.

For the above reasons, I usually try to steer people away from them. The results many people are looking for if they just got their diet in order and showed consistency for a year. Like real consistency where you are hitting your macros 6 out of 7 days and you are only miss a workout once a month or so.

the kinobody programs are a good case study for this and so is avatar. People simply take the macros and hit them and do 3 or so workouts a week. People are getting great results. Are the kinobody workouts and macros some huge break through? Hell no, in fact the kinobody macros kind of suck. But its gets people enough protein to hang on to the muscle they have and sets the calories to allow people to lose or gain if they want to. The workouts are fun because they focus on what most people like to lift and they use great progression schemes. Is the workout better than the Greyskull LP, not imo. But most people don't like doing heavy squats much less twice a week, so people quit. Same with deads.

its consistency & progression that are the keys. If you do those two things for any real amount of time you will get the results you are looking for.

true. I had it going for a while, but moving to Houston set me back. Stopped lifting consistently since I never found a proper gym and had a decent apartment gym and weak office gym. And diet got more and more lax. Been back in gym and restarted keto about 2 weeks ago, so hopefully can find my groove again.

If you want real facts, find T-Nation on the web and sniff out the forum on gear. Lurk for a while before asking any questions because the regulars are pretty anal about answering dumb questions and please don't ask where to get it. You can pretty much get all the answers you want, but seriously, you don't need gear to put on 5 pounds of muscle and cut 6% body fat.

Buying black market you have no idea what you’re taking in. I agree with needing to get your levels checked.. and what is the point of what you’re doing? You get to 10% body fat but for how long? Obviously your genetics don’t support that or you would probably be there already. And don’t forget the fact you get caught with illegal steroids it’s a felony. You need to start researching proper diet and workout techniques to naturally achieve your goal.

uhhh a lot of lab testing on the big labs has shown them to be pretty damn accurate and no contamination. Anabolic lab has a bunch of testing that was done by buying anonymously and sending to accredited labs in Europe.
