I carry 168 lbs of lean tissue right now. Why would I want to be 155? that's not aesthetics, that's anorexic looking. I need to get down to about 180 while holding onto as much muscle as possible which would put me prolly about 9% BF as I would lose some lean tissue along the way. Working on it now and have been there 2 summers ago, last year got to 185.
But I carry more muscle now.


Also yes I care about strength, who wouldn't? And I am prolly closer to 5'9 now as I have shrunk a little over the years.

My bad, didn't realize you were talking about the OP. but year 155 at 5'10 is still too small.

I'm 5'11 and 227lbs. I couldn't imagine being less than 190. I think I'd be sick (mentally) if I saw 189.

I’m going to give mk677 a try from masupps. I ordered some yesterday. I know it’s not a sarm, but it seems like it is a decently researched GH “enhancer”. At the very least, almost every report I’ve seen notes an increase in sleep quality and recovery. I’m 6’/175. I’ve done CrossFit for a few years, but have settled in to more lifting on my own and 1-2 wods per week. Hopefully it’ll help me put on a few pounds, get better quality sleep, and aid in recovery.

Mk is 100% proven in controlled studies and ma is prolly the beat brand.

You should get a lot of hunger and you will sleep much better. Take before bed so you don't fall asleep at work.

Also the longer you take it, the better mk works even after the hunger subsides.

I'm still conflicted on the dosage I will take. it seems like 25 is the standard and the diminishing returns after that are not worth taking more. I've also seen where some people take 12.5. The studies I've read say that 12.5 vs 25 will give you the same GH concentrations, but 25 will give higher IGF-1 levels.

I will likely start off taking 12.5 before bed each night for a week to see how I react to any side effects, then I will maybe increase to 25. I haven't seen any research of mixing (like taking 25 3 days/week and 12.5 4 days/week).

Not sure if anyone would be interested in random updates, but I started mk677 on Saturday. My hunger has been through the roof and basically insatiable. I typically have a hard time eating enough clean food in a day, but yesterday and so far today, I cannot eat enough. I also slept very deeply and feel as rested as I’ve been in a while today. I usually shoot for around 3500 – 3750/day depending on my activity level. I could probably eat 8000 calories if I really wanted to. I weighed 172 on Saturday, I know I will gain some water weight with this, but I really don’t care. I can try to update every other week or once a month if anyone is interested.

No, no PCT because it doesn't suppress.

mk677 is not actually a SARM, but seems to get lumped in with SARMs. you don't really need to cycle it and it is advised to be used long term.

It has some other things in it besides pure mk677. I'm just taking 1 capsule a day (12.5) for now.
