1 week update on MK.
Hunger seems to be subsided/normalizing, Muscles are a little fuller, and recovery is noticeably quicker. Sleep is great, I do have more vivid dreams whatever that means. . If anything, I'll continue to take it simply based off of how well i'm sleeping.
Once I hit a month, I will post weight changes as well as any major differences. I've added 5 consistent lbs so far, which I've read is common due to greater water retention in the muscle bellies.

Yea pretty common. You add weight also because of the increased hunger and better recovery due to better sleep
