I'm seeing Mounjaro and Ozempic are both on back order here.

Cool your tits. My definition of a lot of carb is around 50 a day.
I’ve done it twice in the past 5 weeks.

Sometimes. Generally no, but they have to order it each time. Not like my Levo where it's ready in no time.

This stuff really does work. I’ve dropped 19 lbs and I’m not even through my 5th week.

Nice. I've not been so lucky. It helps but i still have a massive appetite pretty often. My Endo just approved me to bump to 2mg.

Literally *all* of my blood markers dramatically improved though. Even my BP, which wasnt high, has improved. Even my red blood cell & platelet count, blood iron, etc.

I am currently on Mounjaro and up to the 10MG dose. Have been for 6 months. I've lost 30lbs, slow and steady with exercise, diet change and the meds. These drugs are truly life changing for people struggling with issues that make it hard to lose weight like menopause/hormone imbalances, PCOS, thyroid. The $25 coupon party is over though but, some people are still having good luck if their insurance will cover. BCBSLA for me (ACA plan) does not cover unless type II and then it is only like $250 but, I don't qualify for that. Not sure what I will do going forward as I can't justify spending $1100 a month for it. However, in the future these products will hopefully be a great tool to combat the obesity epidemic in the US. They need to do something about insurance coverage and the retail price though to make it accessible. There are shortages in many regions especially for the 7.5. Not for the weak though side effects if you eat the wrong thing can be brutal - nausea, vomiting, constipation. The meds slow your stomach down so heavy, rich or carby foods sit in your stomach and don't digest for a long time. It also most likely will strongly discourage heavy alcohol use and cravings so I haven't had much fun lately.

Can go black market if needed, peptide sciences has it. Remember start with low dose.

LSU77 - do you have experience with Peptide sciences? I asked a Dr friend about it and he had never heard of it. Cautioned me against it.

Any other TS Docs have an opinion?

Your website says it’s out of stock but they have melanotan which sounds dope

Might just get that, is there a way to get melanotan without looking like an aborigine

I’ve never heard of it either.

I went browse the website too and it looks legit. I’d agree, use with caution.

They don’t get to go on the kickback cruise if you get it on the internet

I bet he told you to get your booster too

I started taking this 6 weeks ago and so far I've lost 15lbs. I had started losing weight before my doctor brought this to my attention and it has certainly helped speed up the process. I've found that I have more entergy so when I do go for a walk/run I can go longer since I'm not carrying that extra weight.
In total I'm down 30lbs and now I'm only 20 from my goal weight I set after seeing a few pictures of myself from a summer vacation recently. I'm fairly active in that I have a job I'm constantly moving and routinely hit 15k steps according to my watch and then I tend to play basketball each evening with my kid.
Age and reduced metabolism have helped put on weight so I've started with more portion control of using smaller plated, not going for seconds, cutting out the snacking at work, which has also helped.

Peptide science is a Grey market peptide shop not something a doctor would know about

I tend to recommend them as they seem to get the best reviews and best lab test results on Reddit.

I have never used them nor lab tested any of their stuff. Look on Reddit if you want reviews, but as anything grey market there is always a risk.

I might get some of this stuff but I was reading how you could lose mad weight with just clen? Have you heard of that?

Clen is the strongest of the beta 2 agonists and was seen in studies to raise metabolism y roughly 20%. But it does come with the possibility of causing damage to the heart.

I personally would much rather someone take a eca which raises metabolism roughly 8-10% than clen.

Clen combined with t3 is what many bodybuilders use but run the risk of lots of side effects, negative feed back loops in the form of deregulation of thyroid output etc

Would much rather see someone on a basic eca stack, combined with a some form of a glucose disposal agent like naALA or glucovantage xt by sns, and something to control cortisol like reduce xt

If you wanted to take it to the next level could add high dose alcar, raspberry ketones and tta as a stim free addition.

In the end these are going to be small additions even the Clen as the main weight loss will come from being in a deficit. All are anabolic slightly in helping to retain muscle vs control in studies but again, protein and lifting weights progressively is going to be the major factor there.

I guess I say all that to get your diet and lifting in order. If you need a little extra then look at the natural stack I put above. Start with lowest effective dose of eca stack and titrate up as needed over time and add others from the stack as needed to bust plateaus.

Yeah I remember this from the old gym days. If I recall correctly, a friend of a friend ended up thinking he was having a heart attack while on it. I don't think that's what it was but it scared the crap out of him and he got off of it.

I’m more worried about my hair than my heart or I’d get on real gear

Ima get back on bronkaid and that reduce xt stuff and look into some of that other stuff as well as try to eat even less

I can get ephedrine otc in Canada, but I found it kinda challenging to use since regardless of deficit you still need 1g/lb protein, and I didn’t want to take it right before doing cardio due to it raising my blood pressure/heart rate. It suppresses appetite so much all day that I couldn’t get my protein/calories in.
