When I eat a "larger" meal I find myself out of breath.
Does anyone else on the OT share this?

Only a couple times when I o/d on fried shrimp at seafood buffets.Shrimp, boiled and fried are my favorite food in the world.
When I went to buffets and could eat all I wanted I literally could not stop,it was crazy.
Haven’t been to a seafood buffet in years.

No biggie. You’re just eating too fast and getting too full.

Eat slower and stop when you’re content.. aka no longer hungry.

I've never been out of breath after eating, but I always, without fail, will cough a time or two after every meal I ever eat. It's a cough with a faint bit of wetness to it. Not a coughing fit, but a sole cough. Odd.

Only when I had covid.

Do you have sleep apnea? Had a buddy with bad sleep apnea that couldn’t breath through his nose while eating. Had his adenoids removed and solved the problem.

See a doctor and get cleared for exercise. Stop posting and start walking.

That’s really common. Just go for a short walk rather than sitting down afterwards and it’ll clear up.
