Anyone have any weight loss workout programs they recommend?

I am looking for any programs that have worked well for people in the past. I have just been going to the gym and doing light workouts the past couple of weeks so I wouldn't just throw my body into shock once I pick up the intensity. I am looking to loose about 40lbs. I know diet is a bigger piece to the puzzle and I am currently working on that as well.

Seriously the idea is simple, its the practice of the idea that makes it challenging.
Tenants
1. Eat Less
2. Lift Weights
3. Eat Protein
Thats it. That all it is.
Anything else added to this is for you and your preferences such as cardio, macros, meal timing, etc. minutia. All of the extra is fine and dandy only if the first three are being followed.

Eat breakfast. Get enough food to fuel your workouts but don't over do it.

Straightforward linear program will work for you. The linear programs focusing on squat/bench/dead will give you the best metabolism effect.
Pick a cardio template you like. Follow that. Diet is the dominant factor, though. No workout will make up for poor diet.

The extra 40 lbs is the fuel.

Yep, he has a choice loose it fast or slow.
If slow, pretty simple, follow the gslp, eat 1.25 x be in grams of protein, eat to your preference for the rest of the calories making sure you are in a deficit. Once you stall add 20min of fasted walking daily Everytime you stall again until you reach 360 min for the week.
Once you stall again greyskull approved conditioning starting at once a week on top of the fasted walking. Every time you stall add a day of conditioning u til you reach 4 sessions per week.
If you want to lose it fast, do gslp basic template. Eat keto on gslp days. Don't eat at all on days you don't lift.

Yes, just follow that and it's principles for the next year. If you have a question ask in there and either I or one of the other guys will respond.
If it's a question specifically on diet, make a new thread.

I highly doubt anybody deleted your pussy unless it had something in it that isn't allowed. This board is very lightly moderated.
But post up those TH nudes. Been I good min since I scene them.

I fully recommend RP. It's not something you'll do for a few months and then gain it all back. It is a change in how you eat that you can sustain really for the rest of your life.

Please give a warning if you do. I'm at work and I'm certain nudes would be frowned upon.

Its the most asked question with the most over analyzed answer.
1 million ways to do it but it really is burn more calories than you take in.
Problem is people think they eating right but are guessing at calories. Just track them for a couple weeks. It's a major pain but you need to get a general idea of the calories of the foods you eat.
You can do any exercise routine you like. Just stick with it. It really is all about the diet.. I do the same workout in winter and weigh 230 and do the same workout in the summer and weigh 200
