Anyone experience Low T caused by too much working out?

For the last three + years i can count on one hand how many days i didn’t work out
I am 41, don’t drink or smoke, 5’6 150 and get about 7-7.5 hours of sleep
my daily workouts consists of 1 hour weights and 1 hour treadmill on highest incline at 5.3 MPH (typically 2 hours on treadmill on weekends)
sprinkle in soccer, roller hockey, peloton, hiking throughout the week as well
i’m going to get blood work done to confirm cause but how do you guys fight the urge to not go to the gym
and how what did you do differently to have your testosterone levels back to normal

ya
i’ve debated whether posting or not
i’d like to think the reason is due to raising my 7 and 11 year old and or my job
so that way i don’t have to change my routine, lol

Is that a thing? Couldn’t it just be normal low T?

Yes, it can be a thing. Particularly when you get older.
While exercise is obviously good for you, lifting in particular can raise cortisol. If you don’t allow for recovery, it can wind up lowering your T levels.

You are over doing it and also, your diet needs work. Start with one rest day per week minimum. Maybe Saturday AND Sunday both. See how your body responds. I dropped down to 3-4 days per week and it made me stronger.

There is no point in something like this unless you are an endurance athlete and on PEDs.

T levels drop as you age regardless of working out. Sure the gym will help on some level but t levels drop with age

unless there’s a diet that is pasta heavy, no veggies (with exception to a few), no seafood then i won’t entertain the idea
if i didn’t have this problem above i wouldn’t be spending so much time with cardio

What problem above? Do you think excessive cardio raises T levels?

Drop that ridiculous cardio. Lift four days a week heavy and watch your T increase. If you insist on the treadmill work, do sprints at an incline.

not being able to eat healthy and/or stick to a dietary plan…love carbs too much

no, the opposite i think
i do it to burn off all the calories i consume throughout the day, probably dumb thinking i admit

How can you stand to be on a treadmill for 2 hours? I'd rather stab myself in the eyes just out of boredom. I think you need to see a therapist tbh

You probably don't eat enough

and......
sounds like you been brain washed on what healthy eating is
carbs are not bad
But quality of carbs matter
some people do better fueling off fat, some off carbs
Your energy levels suck bc you probably need more carbs for all the work you are doing

Sounds like you need more rest/recovery days
