Any good free workout apps?

Any suggestions on free apps that will build a plan based on individual needs/schedule?
Looking for low-impact cardio (bad knees/back), body weight exercises, stretching, etc. Hope to lose minor belly fat (only place I have it), build/tone muscle, and improve cardio.
Asking b/c I got sucked into an online ad today with a series of questions, then required a subscription to give me the custom plan.
Age - mid-50s, FWIW

Hevy is great and you can use most features for free. And if you decide to upgrade to full version, I believe it’s only 2.99/month.
One of my favorite things is that your workout Syncs with Apple Watch during workout so way less looking at your phone.

in other words you need to
1) eat better, including more protein
2) get 10k steps per day
3) go on a linear progression program that includes deep squats and deadlifts to strengthen the knees and back and one that includes both reverse hypers and backwards sled pulling
sounds like you need a little greyskull LP in your life with reverse hypers and backwards sled drags as your plug ins.
you wont do it, because you beleive you have something wrong with your back and knees but in all reality 99% chance you are just weak
also a 99% chance you are over 25% bodyfat despite what you claim
just use chat gpt and tell it to design you what i said.

It’s likely this. I felt like I was reading a bunch of excuses in the OP

To those with honest advice, thank you.
Never thought the Health board would have keyboard warrior pieces of garbage:
BMI calculates to 24.7, so I guess I hit that 1% chance in your small, big-talking mind.. Why would I lie on a message forum?
Knee and back problems due to multiple sports years ago, plus I am way above average height, which also doesn't help those two issues. The weak comment is just shallow and cowardly.
